Warranty Claim Procedure
If you would like to make a warranty claim please contact our office and our friendly team will help you through the process.
You will be required to provide the following information:
– Proof of Purchase
– Evidence of the fault/issue in either photo or video format
– You may also be required go through a series of simple checks in order to determine the cause of the issue
– Confirmation that fitting and care instructions were followed as per our product guidelines
