We want to keep you fully in the loop by informing you / your company about new products, promotions and newsletters, and where you have agreed you are happy to receive marketing either by email, SMS or phone we will keep in touch with all the latest updates

If you are an existing customer, we will contact you by email or phone as we have in the past with information about products and services similar to those which you have already purchased from us.

DISCLOSURE / SHARED INFORMATION

We may share your personal data to the controller of our service companies being Accountants / Solicitors should any purpose be needed in line with business matters.

The personal data that we collect from you is stored on secure information technology systems located on our premises….we do not use “cloud” and back up is by hard copy stored in a fire proof safe. Some data processing in relation to web and email services and delivery of any products ordered by you is carried out on our behalf by a third party. By agreeing to our general policy in turn you are agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is handled securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

As you are aware the sending / receiving of information on the “web” is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the total security of your personal data transmitted to / from our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
